Welcome to G.wiza. These terms govern your use of the G.wiza application and related services (the “Service”).
G.wiza is a product of Gwiza Fintech Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Rwanda, with its registered office in Kigali, Rwanda. You can reach us at hello@gwiza.rw.
G.wiza is a financial life operating system. It helps you plan how to allocate your income across goals, debts, investments, and free cash, and surfaces execution reminders on payday. G.wiza never holds your money — your bank, mobile money provider, or chosen destination executes every transaction.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Our handling of your personal data is described on the Data security & privacy page. We comply with Rwanda Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy.
G.wiza provides educational information and general guidance based on the data you enter. Nothing in the Service constitutes regulated investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
G.wiza routes allocations to destinations you choose (banks, mobile money providers, investment platforms). Those destinations are operated by third parties under their own terms. Gwiza Fintech Ltd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third parties.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass authentication or access other users' data, and no use of the Service for unlawful activity.
You can delete your account at any time from the security page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the Service.
This agreement is between you and Gwiza Fintech Ltd (“G.wiza”), a company registered in the Republic of Rwanda. It is governed by the laws of Rwanda, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
